Note: Number of days for free, standard & expedited delivery excludes date of purchase. 

Minimum purchase for delivery is $30 per order. We aim to complete all standard delivery within 3 to 5 working days (excluding Sunday's & public holidays) from date of a confirmed order for all customers. Expect on time delivery (morning, afternoons, or evening) at the confirmed date.

You have an option to select self collection or expedited delivery and be notified through email or SMS when your order leaves the warehouse. Please remember to select the right options at 'check out'.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays in completing a delivery occasionally. If the issue is on the Seller side, we'll promptly notify the customer. In the event that no one is present to receive the delivery at customer end, we recommend 2 options:

a. leave the items at the door steps or with your neighbours (default option)

b. set a new delivery date with Help Center email (Coming Soon: Whatsapp).

Should this happen on more than once, a new redelivery fee will be required, according to existing Shipping Methods (Self Collection, Standard or Expedited). See Redelivery Time & Charges. 

No amendment or cancellation to an order is allowed once an order is processed

In the event that you are not present to receive an order at the scheduled delivery date, there will be a redelivery charge of $7.50 (incl. of GST), payable via PayNow to UEN No. 200612751G before the redelivery. You are required to provide a redelivery date within 2 days from original date, failing which, we will proceed to cancel the order and a cancellation charge of $10.00 will be imposed.  The balance order amount will be refunded through the same mode of payment.

In the event that we are unable to confirm and/or verify any orders received through the mobile number provided to us, we reserve the right to cancel the said order. 

 

Free of Charge Self-Collection (pick & go only)

We offer a free of charge self-collection service from our warehouse located at 1 Bukit Batok Crescent, #06-55. WCEGA Plaza. Singapore 658064. 

Order by 12 pm the day before to collect between 9am - 4pm on the next working day. When checking out please select self-collection @ Shipping Method during 'check out'.

Note: Please await for the confirmation that your order is ready for pick up before arriving at our warehouse. You will be required to show this email confirmation at time of self collection. Print copy is not required. The warehouse will serve strictly as a pick & go collection point only and items will not be exchangeable or refundable.

 

Special Instruction:

It's important to add specific instruction for delivery, self collection and other special needs for picking, packing and all other matters. This must be added in the ordering process before payment and confirmation.
