Calming Acne Salicylic Cleanser

Mild pH gel cleanser that calms acne and blemishes as it gently removes dirt and excess oil.

AHA/BHA Skin-clearing toner that gently strips away dull and rough skin, preps your skin by giving it that extra TLC on those bad skin days. It has Salicylic Acid, the gold standard for treating skin problems and Lactobionic Acid, the next-gen AHA, that gently exfoliates skin without irritation.

Calming Blemish Madecassoside Serum Calms and relieves skin troubles. Contains natural soothing ingredients such as madecassoside and tea tree extract that work together to give your skin blemish-free days.

CICA Gel Moisturizer Cica Gel Moisturizer is a lightweight gel that helps soothe and heal skin troubles. It has a deeply hydrating formula, minus the stickiness. It has ingredients like Centella Asiatica Extract and Tea Tree Oil which eases skin inflammation while healing small wounds and acne scars.

Sleeping Beauty Face Mask Calming Tea Tree Oil Soaked and packed in Tea Tree Oil, this mask has anti-bacterial properties that helps your skin heal better while preventing the spread of acne.

How To Use: 1. After Cleansing, use a clean cotton pad to gently apply AHA/BHA toner on the face and neck. 2. After toning, apply an appropriate amount of Calming Blemish Madecassoside Serum onto face and neck. Gently pat for better absorption. Make sure skin has fully absorbed the serum before proceeding with daytime skincare routine. 3. Apply an appropriate amount of CICA Gel Moisturizer on the face and neck with clean hands. 4. For sheet masks, make sure the skin is well-cleansed before putting on the mask. Keep your hands clean when touching the mask to avoid contaminating the product. After 10-15 minutes, remove the mask and gently pat the skin to absorb the product.

Delivery Time & Charges  

We currently deliver only within Singapore (including Sentosa Island) and minimum purchase for all mode of delivery and self-collection is $30 per order.

You need to select a mode of delivery per order: URGENT, STANDARD or SELF-COLLECTION. Please remember to select the right option before 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’. 

URGENT delivery is fulfilled in 2hr on the same weekday. It is not available on Saturdays and Sundays. You will be notified via email once your order is dispatched and collected by 3PL (e.g. Grab, Comfort Delgro, Lala Move). 

STANDARD delivery is scheduled and fulfilled in 2 to 4 working days, excluding the order date. You will be notified via email one day before your confirmed delivery. 

In the event that no one is present to receive the delivery, we recommend EITHER to leave the items at the door steps or with your neighbours OR set a new delivery date via a call, email or text message asap. No amendment or cancellation to an order is allowed once an order is processed. 

Redelivery 

All redelivery is addressed on a case by case, goodwill basis. Redelivery option does not apply for Urgent Delivery orders. 

In the event that you are not present to receive a Standard order at the scheduled delivery date, there will be a redelivery charge of $8.00 (incl. of GST), payable via PayNow to UEN No. 200612751G before the redelivery. You are required to provide a redelivery date within 2 days from original date, failing which, we will proceed to cancel the order and a cancellation charge of $10.00 will be imposed.  The balance order amount will be refunded through the same mode of payment. 

In the event that we are unable to confirm and/or verify any orders received through the mobile number provided to us, we reserve the right to cancel the said order.  

Self-Collection (pick & go only) 

We offer a free of charge self-collection service from our warehouse located at 1 Bukit Batok Crescent, #06-55, WCEGA Plaza, Singapore, 658064. 

Order by 12 pm the day before are able to collect between 9am - 4pm on the next working day. We will advise you by email if your order is ready for pick up. You will be required to show this email confirmation at the time of self-collection. Print copy is not required.

The warehouse will serve strictly as a pick & go collection point only and items are not exchangeable or refundable

Special Instruction:

It's important to add specific instruction for delivery, self-collection and other special needs for picking, packing and all other matters. This must be added in the ordering process before payment and confirmation.
